A Christmas Garland using DooHickeys Volume 7

 Hiya Again
Im back with my other two projects using the Christmas projects from Magnolias DooHickey Volume 7
When the dies arrived I have to admit the one below puzzled me??!!
So much so I had to email Magnolia.....HELP!.. They replied you twist it!! hee hee
Haaaa haa ha YES! of course how very clever :D
I could have endless possibilities with this die.
You could even make your own paper Christmas Tree!!
Because I was so short of time for these projects( 2 Days in fact!) I had to make do with a Christmas Garland.
Very fiddly but the result I was happy with :D
For the shape of the card below I used the corner die which is in the kit
I hope Ive inspired you a little.
Thanks so much for stopping by today

Christmas DooHickeys Volume 7

Before I nip off to work I thought I would share one of the projects I made for the Christmas Edition of the Magnolia DooHickey which is out now..

In there is a step by step on how I made this bauble using the dies.
As always the dies are amazing, Im sure you will LOVE them.

The Step By Step is also HERE on my Magnolia Blog
I will call back tomorrow with a closer look of my other two projects in the background.

Cute As A Button

 Hey Everyone
I'm here today to share this weeks theme over at LLC of 'Cute as a button'

I wasnt sure which way to take it...was I supposed to use a button or a cute image? So I played it safe and used both :D
For the shape of the card Ive used my Spellbinders Elegant Labels 4.

The seam binding you see on the picture was originally white but I coloured with Distress Re-Inker Weathered Wood.

The cardboard you see is also from LLC (it was the box my goodies arrived in!!!) torn and painted in Acrylic paint.
I decorated using the DooHickey Butterfly.
Everything else I used is listed below.
I wish you all a wonderful weekend :D
Big Hugs
